What / Where I Ate in Cebu City, Philippines - PAOLITO'S

Have you heard of PAOLITO'S? Have you dined there?

PAOLITO'S is located at the Sky Park, Third Floor, SM Seaside City Cebu City, SRP
(South Road Properties), Cebu City

Certainly this restaurant, which offers air-conditioned and alfresco dining, serves a fusion of Asian dishes, yet mostly Filipino foods and includeds some Japanese, e.g. Sashimi and Thai cuisine, e.g. Thai Mixed Seafood.

I do have cravings for raw fish, either Salmon Sashimi or the FISH KINILAW! (Tangigue is most preferred) and must be spicy.  This is certainly a mouthwatering fresh appetizer.

Something green does not just look better for the table, but most especially for the body too!  Hence, we see to it that veggie dishes must be part of our order and the famous ADOBONG KANGKONG is mostly ordered, next to Utan Bisaya.

Fish makes always healthy and sumptuous soups.  We opted for the FISH TINOLA which is expected to have something green on it too.

PANCIT CANTON, this photo looks good and their Pancit tasted oh so good too!

WHITE RICE is always a staple food in every Filipino meal.  A platter of rice is indeed a cost-saving option if you dine in groups.

A Pitcher of ICED TEA, another cost-saving option for drinks when dining in groups.

My Ratings:
Restaurant Concept = 9 of 10
(another fusion restaurant, but still a-ok)
Menu Options = 8.5 of 10
Food Serving Size = 8 of 10
Overall Food Taste = 9 of 10
Restaurant Lay-Out and Interior Designing = 7 of 10
Size of Restaurant = 6 of 10
Restaurant Lighting = 7 of 10
(too much natural daylight was everywhere since it was alfresco dining)
Ambiance = 5 of 10
(as the main restaurant was fully occupied, we were forced to dine alfresco and that made me uncomfortable the whole time since it was really hot outside as it was lunch time)
Services of Staff = 7 of 10
Money Value = 8 of 10 (mostly for the food taste)
OVERALL RATING = 74.5% Recommended

Eat good food, everyday!
